Lawn Care & Maintenance

Weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time — whatever your yard needs.

We keep lawns sharp, from small residential yards to larger properties that take real equipment. Most customers are on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule through the growing season, but we're glad to do one-time cleanups too.

If your yard has gotten away from you, that's not a problem — overgrown lots are some of our most satisfying work. We'll knock it back and get it on a schedule so it stays that way.

A regular visit covers the mowing, edging along the drive and walkways, trimming around anything the mower can't reach, and blowing the clippings off the hard surfaces so you're not tracking grass into the house. Seasonal cleanups are the bigger job — leaves, storm litter, and the winter's worth of debris that collects in the corners of a property.

The size of the lot, how much of it is open grass versus tight work around beds and fences, and how often we come out are what shape the visit. A half-acre that's mostly open mows quickly; the same half-acre broken up by trees, a fence line, and a slope takes longer. That's why we'd rather look at it — or have you describe it — than guess.

It's the same crew and the same equipment every time, so nobody has to be walked through your property twice. If there's a gate that sticks, a corner you'd rather we left long, or a dog that needs the back yard clear before we start, tell us once and it's noted.

Common Questions

Do I have to sign up for a contract?
No. Most customers settle into a weekly or bi-weekly schedule through the growing season because it's easier for everyone, but one-time cuts and cleanups are fine too.
My yard is badly overgrown. Is that a problem?
Not at all — overgrown lots are some of our favorite work. We'll knock it back and then get it on a schedule so it doesn't get away from you again.
What does a regular visit include?
Mowing, edging along the drive and walkways, trimming where the mower can't reach, and blowing the clippings off the hard surfaces.
Do you take the clippings away?
For a normal mow the clippings stay on the lawn. If you want debris hauled off the property, we do that too — it's worth mentioning when you call so it's part of the quote.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the property and how much tight work there is around beds, fences, and trees. Estimates are free — call 704-902-9827 or send a few details and we'll get you a real number rather than a guess.
